Printers and Networking :

A Hewlett Packard ink-jet or laser printer. The ink jet cartridges and toner for HP are available at nearly every office supply making them very convenient. Their printers are also very durable. The printer needs the capability of being used in a network environment.

All of the necessary cables for the above equipment. A quality/economical Ethernet hub, with a minimum of 8 ports. 100 BT Minimum, and Category 5 Ethernet cables or Faster. (Between each computer or printer and the hub)

Microsoft TCP-IP Networking Protocols

You Must have Cable or DSL High Speed internet connection to the server and Workstations for Software Maintenance.

We recommend name brand equipment designed for business use with 3-year extended on-sight warranties.

You will need a local network administrator who is certified in Microsoft Small Business Networking. Although Pacific Solutions will be more than happy to interact with your network administrator, Pacific Solutions does not provide network troubleshooting or services.
